Flight Medicine Systems’ Managing Director Dr David Newman has been honoured by Deakin University as a recipient of an Alumni of the Year Award. Recipients of these awards demonstrate excellence in their chosen field and make valuable contributions to the University and their communities, both locally and globally. Dr Newman was recognised for his service to aerospace medicine as a researcher, educator, and flight safety advocate in a career spanning more than 30 years. Dr Newman completed his MBA at the University in 2013.
